Not sure i know no open flames but doesn't mean bbq. Very windy
There is no camping or open fires at Moonstone. There are campgrounds, including San Simeon, close to Moonstone.
You need to go to www.parks.ca.gov and inquire about a special event permit
No they dont but would have loved to be able to park, even on street, but then I guess you'd be blocking homes, restaurants & inns view of ocean.
They are allowed on the boardwalk, which is a beautiful walk. I don't recall seeing any dogs on the beach but they maybe allowed. Beware of poison oak along the sides the boardwalk (just keep them on the path) Actually, beware of poison oak anywhere in Cambria because it's everywhere.
No it's very rocky there I suppose you could for the day I haven't seen any one do it there
