Stopped by today and felt singled out as I walked in. But In a good way. Staff member immediately asked what I was interested in and after a few words I made my purchase. These small shops are where honesty and good products are found. I’ve been to just about every Delta, Kratom or smoke shop and I can say I really enjoyed this location. One thing I would* recommend is taking the S off of the Kratom label on the front of the shop. Other than that these guys are 100% and I’ll definitely be back! Thanks guys! See ya soon.

I placed an order online and it never showed up. A couple of days after the delivery date that I chose I called and asked about my order, I was told that once it has left the business it's out of their hands/control. I asked about a tracking number and I was told that they don't get tracking numbers. After a few choice words I was finally given a tracking number. I have informed delivery and it lets you know what mail is being delivered and if you have packages coming in. My package never arrived. I called again that following Friday to let them know I never got it. I was told that I would be sent an email on whether or not they were going to refund my money or send another one. I never got that email but that following Thursday I got a package from them only 2 days after they shipped it out. Now here's the kicker, the invoice said that I ordered Watermelon flavored gummies but I received Lime. When I tried to submit a review via email with pictures of what I was sent they declined my review saying that the content was spam, seemed fake, and had offensive content. They also said that since they were out of the flavor I ordered they sent what they had in stock. If they would have just called me or emailed me telling me that they were out of what I wanted I would have just asked for a refund, now I'm out of the money that I spent and of course Gummies bc I don't like Lime flavor anything. I will not be recommending Delta Farmacy to any of my friends.
