I always had a good experience with this place; however, my last time in here was not as expected, first the lady that scheduled the appointments changed mine because according to her the system has a glitch, so she scheduled me to her convenience with a new lady that did not have the experience, also she left every five minutes while she was doing my pedicure, did use the products accordingly and top of that the service was not done professionally. I always have my pedicure with Kim because she does a really excellent job, she was busy so I was assigned to another person, honestly it was a huge disappointment this time. No sure if I'll come back to this place.

Kim did my nails and took the time to make sure every single nail was perfect! I have never had a nail tech pay such close attention to detail when doing the base! They are perfect! I wanted a design with thin lines, so she called over one of the others (I think his name was Jay?) to paint them on! They both did an amazing job, I will be returning from now on!
