if i don’t know the patients code is there any other way i can’t try to speak to them ? can i leave my number and see if the paitent will call me ?

You can leave a message but they will not admit that the patient is there

Without a patient code, the facility can neither confirm nor deny that the person is there. Leave a message with a name and phone number and if they are a patient, the staff will give them the message to call back.
