Much of the seafood can be broiled or steamed. The menu is available online and though not much is advertised as gluten free, it looks like a lot can be prepared gluten free.
It's what I like to think of as a "subtractive" menu, which is to say that you select something, make sure that the main thing is reasonably safe, and then subtract things like bread.
There were very few gluten free options when I ate there in August 2019.
