I totally second the reply above!! After starting out, yes it's a bit frustrating, especially if you are NOT feeling good, having cravings/thoughts of using still, just wanting to FEEL BETTER!! I KNOW! But they do ask EVERYDAY how the dose is holding you, & will increase until comfortable! The nurses & staff are FINALLY UP TO SNUFF! Caring & concerned nurse's mean ALOT! Well worth starting. I'm going on 2 yrs with #5 take homes!! You can Do it too!!
The New Season Treatment Centers usually begin new patients at approx 25 - 30 milligrams for their first dose. We increase from there until we find your relief amount. It is sometimes hard that first week but well worth the trouble when you are finally able to say "I actually feel good today!" Call us for more information and to schedule an appointment. We are open 24 hours & our number is 877-284-7074.
They do a point scoring system, how you feel, your pulse, what you were you taking before but it's ususally between 25-35mg. I was taking 400mg oxycodone daily when I came & was annoyed I was only getting 30mg first day. However that 30mg worked GREAT took away all my withdraws. Don't get caught up with going to a high dose. It's a trap because the minute you can't pay the clinic will NOT DOSE you or help you. They are a necessary business but still a business.
30 mgs you go up by 5mg every other day until "stable"
