The Director, Tina, is an absolutely amazing and wonderful person who knows how to respectfully deal with all of those who give respect and runs the clinic with the utmost professionalism and empathy anyone could ask for! Also, the counselors are almost all top notch! The assistant director, Eric is also a wonderful individual who will do anything he can to assist clients and and and puts a smile on your face with delightful humor almost always. I am more grateful for this place, more than words can articulate. Even more so, I'm grateful for the people who work here and run this facility! 💙👍

This treatment place is awesome and they get to know the clients by name and ur not just a number to them. The program directors Tina and Eric are great and treat u like u are their family and make sure all ur needs are met with ur treatment plan. I am so glad that I am here for my sobriety Thanks to all the nurses including Kiona and sorry if I miss spelled, also all the Counselors, Tina, Eric and of course can't forget main man Curtis for the support and love that u all have showed.

This is the worst place you can possibly go to. They don't except most insurance. They treat everyone like cash cows. The price goes up every year and the service gets worst. They are super expensive. They are probably the highest among other states. The doctors come in when they feel like it. They don't close on Sundays so people can observe there religious rights. They did renovations and the place still runs horribly. Never enough nurses to handle the amount of people that come here. Long lines stretch outside the door at times. They have no covid 19 precautions in place. Drug dealers make sales right in the parking lot. I regret ever coming here and am working on leaving right away. If you're looking to get clean don't come here! There are no extra services to assist you during the worst time of your life.

I just have to say that I’ve had dealings with this clinic for years and years. I have seen counselors and staff come and go, but within the last couple years it has improved more than I could ever say. Management is putting in work! Staff is putting in work! Robert Marks has been such an incredible light in this dark world. Places like this are around to HELP people. And it may not be everyone’s cup of tea and it may not work for everyone, but for those it works for, the alternative is very ugly. Robert, you are an amazing soul! And then I’d like to add that Shanika (she’s one of the nurses) has got to be one of the warmest people I’ve EVER met there; even after all the years I’ve known everyone in and out of that facility. THANK YOU FOR NEVER LETTING THE SOMETIMES HARD CONSEQUENCES OF ADDICTION WITHIN SOME OF THESE PATIENTS GET TO YOU!

Sat. - Sun. 6am - 9am Mon. - Fri. 5am - 11am
It's $16 a day and no they aren't currently taking insurances(Medicaid, Humana, etc) but they are in the process of setting up insurance acceptance. The faculty are awesome very hopeful!
New Season has a Treatment Center in the general area of West Palm Beach in Lake Clarke Shores, FL.. The direct number is 561-433-5687 or you can call our toll free # 877-284-7074 24 hours per day for more information.
The best way to make an appointment is to call us at 877-284-7074 anytime. We are open 24 hrs per day and can give you information on the intake process and schedule an appointment for you.
It is $16 dollars a day. It doesn't take long, it's very busy first thing in the morning. 7am is a good time. You have to be in detox to get started. I heard there was one that takes Medicaid, but you would have to get the Medicaid first and Florida is not one of the state's that expanded medicaid, so it is very difficult to get. Hope that helps.
Kasie - The West Pam Beach Treatment Center has a doctor available Monday through Friday at different times in the morning. It is best that you call for an appointment so as not to miss the doctor. You will need to bring a valid, current driver's license or state ID with your picture on it. The fee is $16.00 per day for methadone. The most important part of the admission process is to be showing signs of withdrawal when you come to the clinic, unless your are pregnant. If you are pregnant then come just as you are and we will help you. You are making a smart decision and we will look forward to helping you in your recovery.
I'm not sure but I can tell u a very long reconstruction is just finishing on the building and I have noticed more new employees lately than in all my years there. I'd say it's worth calling and asking. Ask for Eric (program director)
You should discuss expectations and consequences with your counselor and/or the Program Director.
Would you clarify your question please?
I totally second the reply above!! After starting out, yes it's a bit frustrating, especially if you are NOT feeling good, having cravings/thoughts of using still, just wanting to FEEL BETTER!! I KNOW! But they do ask EVERYDAY how the dose is holding you, & will increase until comfortable! The nurses & staff are FINALLY UP TO SNUFF! Caring & concerned nurse's mean ALOT! Well worth starting. I'm going on 2 yrs with #5 take homes!! You can Do it too!!
We would love it if you return and we can continue helping you in your recovery. If you have missed less than 30 days your medication will be reduced however you will not need to redo all the paperwork. If you have missed more than 30 days you will need to redo the admission process including the paperwork. Come in and talk with us so we can get you started on a better path.
Oh gosh, I think I heard a group at the clinic talking the other day and it was something like 180mg or 170mg that they won't go above ANYMORE. Now alot of the clients are past that (like grandfathered in type of thing) but I thought you can't go above it now. But who knows if they were correct too. So I'm just saying what I heard. Sorry if that doesn't help you. 🤔
It's a methadone clinic it's what you make it ... if you utilize your options there you'll do good there
Make sure you bring exactly $16 too. The will not give change. Oh and the libes are outrageously long at times. Im talking 2 hours. Other times 2 minutes in and out. Be sure to lock your car as well.
It is better to make an appointment.
Doesn't cost anything to see doctor or counselor. Methadone is 16$ a day suboxone is 28$ a day. Call to see doctors schedule because it doesn't match the clinics hours. Also the doctors are always changing their hours.
Margarita - The West Palm Beach Treatment Center was open on 07/04/18 from 6am - 9am. Signs were posted throug-out the building.
7am I think
Just get a letter saying someone taking care of u
The pills they have they require you to get a note from a dr to get on those instead of the liquid i have no clue why and think its stupid since most let you choose after ur stabilized but thats there rules. Personally i think the pills are way better and allow u to fine tune and adjust your dose when u get to take em home. They charge $1 more per day for pills ($17 total) vs the $16 they charge for the liquid. As said before they have the 10mg pills and 40mg wafers but good luck getting them let us know how everything goes with ur take homes and pills. Im interested in how it goes for u.
Yes
No because they do not have doctors or counselors on weekends
Vanessa summed it up pretty well i would also add to that, that the earlier u go when going before 7am the longer the lines seem to be like the first hoir theyre open in the mornings on weekdays and weekends seems to be when lines are the longest 5am-6am after that it seems to be hit or miss on if there will be a line but usually there isnt later in the day and if there is its not really long unless theres some sort of system issues or w.e. going on that day. The longest ive ever waited was about 15 mins and that was right when they opened in the morning. Theyre much better then most the clinics in the area from what other ppl tell me.
This place is supposed to be anonymous
Nope still towards the end of 2018, they said
Yes it takes guests. I think there is another clinic in Fort Pierce.
There is no initial fee. I have been successfully going to this clinic since 2008 and they've never charged an initial fee.
You do not have to have a Florida ID.....just a photo ID
I think they are from 6am To 9am ..I get take homes so I dont go on weekends. But Im pretty sure they are the same as Sat
