It will be calm, no waves since your on the Halifax River, you do not go into the Atlantic. 1 hour down the river, 1 hour back. Its an awesome little cruise.
The ride isn't very rough, I didn't see anyone get very sick. Someone I was with started feeling a little nauseous on the way back, but not too bad. I'd say that unless you're prone to seasickness you'll likely be fine.
It goes up the intercoastal and back. Very smooth sailing. The Dolphins go along for the ride. Very enjoyable .
We went down to the Dunlawton bridge and back. There was no turbulence since the cruise stays on the river.
The tour just travels the Intercoastal waterway - very calm waters!
This is the bargain of the year. We go 4-5 times a year. 2times on this new boat. Especially when guest come to town.. great food. Nice people
No one got sick. Food was delious. Never goes into open water. Stays on the river.
No waves as it is in the intercoastal waterway, 1 hour out then back. We saw some dolphins too.
We sat near restroom and I never heard anyone say they were sick. Never saw anyone complain. It was very smooth. Only got a little choppy when they turned to get the dolphins to play in the wake. Was about an hour out or so and then back, and just up the intercoastal. Near land the whole time.
It's a very smooth ride and so much fun! I've done this tour a number of times and have never been disappointed!
Not sure of the distance but it was about 1 hour out and 1 hour back. Did not hear of anyone getting sick. Water was pretty calm other than a few large boats passing but the Captain handled it great. We did not go out into the ocean we were in the Intercoastal waterway Ponce Inlet I think.
