Everyone was great. My only complaint is that I rented a pickup truck and at last minute they call to say we don't have one. So I took a cargo van. Not happy about that.

let's face it U-Haul sucks. They must hardly maintain the Equipment they Rent. The Trailer I got was in pretty bad shape but it was the only one in that size that fit my need. I think next time I rather rent some place else.

Have had many Uhaul rental experiences with this place over the years and never a complaint. Vehicles always in good shape. Never had an issue with billing.. Receipt in hand and to my email inbox every time I leave after returning equipment.

Terrible. Rented a trailer, returned it next day. Man I returned it to did not do his job and tell them I returned it. Received a call 4 days later from them looking for the trailer. Told them I returned it next day, they found it but charged me the 4 extra days even though I did not have it.
