We had absolutely no problem calling on a Saturday evening and getting booked for 4 people for that Monday evening. They were as friendl and helpful as could be. We had no internet access at the recommend booking your reservations online but when we called the woman we spoke to was more than helpful. I recommend the 7 pm cruise as opposed to the 4 pm not only because of heat but the sunset was awesome. The good was just as awesome and large portions for the price.
Not sure but you need to call or make reservations online because they do booked up for every Cruise sometimes it can take a week or two to get on
