Yes, as everyone said you can't cover your face. I wouldn't wear anything that could get tangled or cause you to slip. There's climbing and sliding obstacles.

Not sure -- but i be they don't mind as long as the costumes aren't crude, offensive, or dangerous... I'd recommend calling them.
