Honestly as someone else pointed out parts of it is. There are elevators but 90% of it is not. Think giant hamster cage with tunnels.. It's great for kids but strollers and wheel chairs can access parts to watch but that doesn't mean you'll see where they come out at.
A small part of it is, but most of it is not as it is effectively a giant climbing gym. But the basic floors have elevator access
Yes I believe so
To get in, yes. To watch individuals, yes. As others have mentioned, it is like a giant hampster cage for humans to crawl around in tunnels and tight spaces. However, if you want to do more than just observe- it would not be an ideal place.
Yea but it's like a huge jungle gym lots of stairs and slides suposse kinda depends on handicap some looking at stuff but mostly climbing and crawling slideing, like a multi story jungle gym
I agree with Daniel.
If you are going for an event, all event rooms have accessibility and bathroom accessibility from the room. I'm getting married there and have accessibility needs in my party and was very pleased with the museum's set up.
Yes, but very limited.
Main floor handicap accessible & bathrooms.
Yes to every floor and attraction but you would not be able to do caves and slides.
Yes it is but parking is 10 dollars.

Can I pay cash at a ticket stand to get in when I get there or do I need to order online ?
