Yes you can accompany your younger child any where. There is areas for smaller kids to enjoy with out all the big kids being in the way.
Definitely fun. Some of the attractions are boarderline safe, you can pick and choose. Still highly recommended.
If the adult is able bodied and can keep a close eye on them, it would be very fun!!!
