Yes it does. It's on the 4th floor I think. It's not just scrap metal BTW it's amazing for all ages. There is a whole cave system. What looks like tree house like play stuff. A small child area. A small circus like arena Many many many slides. Rope swings. Crawling mazes. A small insect exhibit. The Louis Sullivan exhibit. And so much more. That's just in the building. There is also a play area outside and if you pay a little more you get roof access. There you can ride a ferris wheel and slide down more slides as well as climb in a bus that's hanging over the side of the building. There more there as well. My family was there 5 hours and still could have spent another 5 playing and having fun.
The architect? The City Museum is a misnomer. It doesn't have any exhibits as you see in a regular museum. It's just a giant playground for kids inside a huge building and occupies multiple floors. There's numerous pictures posted that will give you an idea of what to expect.
No it is an interactive exhibit. Kind of like a play ground.
