If you go to ashmoreestates.net you can find a public investigation and that is a night or a day investigation and it's $50 a person I believe. If you decide to do a private investigation for yourself and your friends it's $500 a night but I believe all evenings for this season are sold out. So your best bet is to find a public investigation during the day or evening and I can promise you it doesn't matter if you investigate in the light or not that place is mega haunted.
The private overnight investigations are $500 for up to 12 people and from 7pm-10am. We do these any night of the week. The daytime investigations are $300 for up to 12 people and from 11am-6pm. We also offer public investigations during the night we charge $50 for 7pm-2am and the day is $30 for 11am-6pm. We only sell 12 tickets to either of these. You can stay longer at night if you rent a bunkhouse. There is an additional cost of $50 or $75 and allows 4 people to stay until 10am to investigate.
