I went to the nick groff tour that came through a handfull of years back. We were in the basement and decided to walk up the stairs to the first floor. I was second to last up and the last person decided to snap one last picture of the stairway. She then lets out a yelp and showed the rest of us why... on the camera was a picture of a little girl in a night gownish type dress with the white crochet around the neck. She had atraight dirty blond wet or greasyish hair and above all her eyes were glowing like an animal in headlights. If not for thst i would have assumed it were a real person. Many things happened that night especially in the basement with Johnny Houser. But that was the biggest i thought of the night.

It has incredible paranormal activity. Have had 3 overnight stays, It never disappoints.
They did, but it was a different owner. The location is now cleaned up.
When you put down a deposit we send out a balance invoice and then remind you before it is due as well as a late notice if not due. If it is not due and no contact has been made by the person requesting the date we open it open and a refund is not made of the deposit.
It is still there. It has a new owner and he has events there quite often, some free and open to the public. He has done a great job.
If you go to ashmoreestates.net you can find a public investigation and that is a night or a day investigation and it's $50 a person I believe. If you decide to do a private investigation for yourself and your friends it's $500 a night but I believe all evenings for this season are sold out. So your best bet is to find a public investigation during the day or evening and I can promise you it doesn't matter if you investigate in the light or not that place is mega haunted.
It is privately owned but they do open it up sometimes for public investigations. Check out Paranormal Task Force on Facebook. And yes its haunted.
