Does anybody else know how to get through to the office to actually speak to someone??? An email or anything. I can never get through!

I'm having the same issues! this is ridiculous - no one even answers and says "can you hold" how unprofessional --- and annoying to say the least

I just keep calling and calling it always takes abput 10 times of hitting call amd end and call ..back and forth about 12 times or so then it will ring someone will answer..no we shouldn't have to that but it works ..and the only way I know that works..
