The athletes get their parents tickets
Most likely not without a permit. But there is a grass lot next to the stadium to park overnight
Usually park in paid ($20) parking. About 10 minute walk to stadium.

Wherever you find a place to park. A couple of lots are available around East 14th St. And Charles Blvd. Also, at Elm Street Park on Elm St. between 10th Street and 14th Street.
