I was forced to sign up for Bartleby by the cashier at the bookstore who signed for me on the pin pad after I tried to cancel. She told me to just cancel the membership when I get home. I go onto the website and without my consent Bartleby has my card information.

What a terrible representation of ECU. The employees here have no concept of customer service. I spent weeks trying to get my course materials and was redirected back and forth between different places until they finally told me to take my problem elsewhere. Please outsource your customer service department to a company that actually cares.
