Im truly disappointed I'm my doctor's here. Number 1 they have repeatedly given me meds I'm allergic to. I have to take benadryl with it. So then I'm getting sick a lot. Num 2 I had a death on my family had to leave town for a while and they have refused to send 7-10 days of my meds on so I can handle this emergency. So now I'm 3 States away with no meds suffering. I hope I can find a different doctor that listen to their patient. Thanks y'all.

We moved my 88 yr old mom here to Brookdale Assisted Living a few months ago and needed to continue her care here. We mainly chose this pain clinic as it was right across the street from Brookdale. It ended up being a great choice! This facility and its staff have been super to work with from the get go. Transferring moms current pain management regime from her Raleigh Dr to here was seamless. All of the staff involved in moms visits have been engaged and thoughtful and professional and personable in assessing and addressing her chronic pain management needs. They have made her feel comfortable and understood as her pain needs change. We would recommend this clinic highly!

Why do they schedule an appointment for 12:15 when the drs are at lunch and make you wait for at least45 min

Will talk down to you even if you explain that your where on a med plan that worked. Will ignore you when you give them the info to get your med records from prev doctor. Will discharge you for not wearing a mask when you had one on. Will also ignore you if you tell them your disabled. Will also not return phone calls. Then make up reasons to justify dropping you as a patient. Good thing I was already looking for a new one but don’t go here unless you wish to hurt me and be verbally abused.

Questions & Answers

It's important that my pain management does not include prescription drugs. Is this the right facility for my needs? Thanks!

DEFINITELY!! The laws have changed, it's a TON of paperwork for them, not to mention having to be monitored by the alphabet boys.(DEA SBI etc) These are facts. The first thing they do is wean you off ANY narcotics you're on. So this place should be perfect for your needs. Also they're treatments are helpful.

What can I expect on my first Visit ?

I have had multiple visits to the pain management clinic over the past several years. Each time I have been treated like I was a priority. The staff are great there, they put you at ease as soon as you go back. I always like to go as early as possible so I can get my procedure finished and then head to Cracker Barrell for breakfast!

Do they drug test on first visit? Curious
