The two young men sent were on time friendly and efficient with time . I would say 5 star but they wouldn’t shut off the water in the house and made me do that stating “if it had issues” . For the older generation I’d pause Bc I’ve never heard of a customer having to do a shut off .Other than that experience was good and would recommend bad knees it’s a think twice .

We had this company provide service to our commercial building in Washington, NC. They were fair priced to the other quotes we received. Communication was clear, service was "quick" in the sense that everything else in the shop had taken so much time, but the plumbing was one of the only aspects that did not. Would def recommend.

BUYER BEWARE When asking for a quote to make repairs at the home, my cousin was provided with a paragraph of work to be completed with a total due prior to plumbers being sent. It stated pipe to be replaced, shut offs added and spigots replaced. No where did it mention how many labor hours, how many feet of plumbing, how many employees working at the house, etc. A breakdown of the almost $4000 quote was requested and denied. Eastern Plumbing was unable and unwilling to provide how they arrived at the number. To pay that kind of money for repairs only guaranteed for a year, seems unrealistic and unreasonable. BUYER BEWARE of Eastern Plumbing. Yes, there is a mark up to these things, it's part of doing business, but sadly it would seem this estimate/quote was completely out of line. Work has been completed and not charged anywhere near what Eastern Plumbing wanted to charge. Their request for a refund of my estimate fee was also denied and a complaint was filed with the BBB. Albeit a lengthy process, it is now on file with them.
