Why is it Southview sanitation charges customers $80 for a trashcan and then Lady that answers the phone and the office is rude great customer service thank God for waste management

We got to use our own. Only charged 16.50 a month and they were nice to us. Only issue is paying the bill is hard to get ahold of them for that
