Lilly, we are having your Property Manager reach out to you for more details about this situation. We apologize for any inconvenience after your move-in. It is our intention to have the property fully ready. Landlord (owner of property) is responsible for the financial upkeep with the property and as the management company we can only work within funds available from Landlord. We do try hard to get them to complete needed work and most comply quickly, yet some are slower to respond, but once we secure a tenant we can move forward and see more progress.
