I am filing a discrimination lawsuit against this company . Do not waste your time with these leasing agents that work for them. I find it crazy how they would rather give me my money back every time I try to apply for a home through them instead of renting to me, then it’s always so random excuse as to why they won’t let me apply for a home. I would have never wasted my time or money applying to rent a home if I didn’t meet the criteria. I was getting different answers from everyone I have spoken with there but when it all came down to it, Haley is the one whose constantly rejecting every application I submit even when she’s the one telling me what to do and what things they are looking for.the other ladies kept encouraging me to apply and telling me I met all the criteria and were allowing me to try different properties for approval shihh Haley kept sending me Denial letters for as soon as I applied for them.I was told this company accepts HUD voucher which they do but it was very obvious that Haley had an issue with me using the voucher and would keep refunding me my money back or denying me with no valid reason as to why. As per your response, my credit history and rental history is great. This is not the first company I’ve applied to and yes I do have a copy of my credit report and all rental history so quit making excuses. Clearly after my experience with y’all I went to check all the reviews which I should have don’t before hand, and it is many others having the EXACT issue so my claim for discrimination looks pretty valid so you have a nice day!
