Is it normal for the property to not be cleaned and repairs made before new tenants move in? We were told it's up to the owners. Even after sharing photos to show the concerns

Lilly, we are having your Property Manager reach out to you for more details about this situation. We apologize for any inconvenience after your move-in. It is our intention to have the property fully ready. Landlord (owner of property) is responsible for the financial upkeep with the property and as the management company we can only work within funds available from Landlord. We do try hard to get them to complete needed work and most comply quickly, yet some are slower to respond, but once we secure a tenant we can move forward and see more progress. We look forward to addressing all the issues you have currently, we appreciate your patience.

I am currently dealing with this, it seems like what you move into it's what you get. Property was not cleaned, painted, walls were left with holes... Did you ever get a resolution? After reading the review I am really discouraged...

This company will quote the owners at the highest end of the market. Whatever you moved in with is what you’ll have to deal with because Homeowners will expect the actual homeowners to pay for repairs with the soul of their first born. Report everything that breaks and expect nothing from them. They are garbage.
