Over the last couple of months, they have been leaving large oil/trash spills all over our neighborhood. I can follow the trail from house to house along our entire street and on the the next as well. I called to complain and they did not call back with a resolution.

Good communication over the phone for the times I’ve had to call over the years. Jamie (I believe is her name) is very nice and helpful. Some issues with trash pick up such as not coming or being so rough with the trash can they end up breaking way sooner than they should. All mainly due to employee issues. So I can’t fault really fault the company. They try to keep a good staff. I overall would recommend their services. I’ve been using them since 2018.

Had an issue a few times throughout the year and right before I moved they suddenly stopped picking up my trash for a month straight and did not pick up any phone calls or return any phone call meanwhile I was paying them for no reason I was forced to call another sanitation company.

They haven't picked up our garbage for a week now, my husband called them today at 3PM, when it's yet again pickup day and our garbage was still not picked up, and they said that the truck its close by, so we hoped that it'll finally be picked up, but here it is after 4PM and our garbage is still there. I called and was no answer since their office closes at 4PM. So we're being left with the garbage until Thursday again, when it'll be almost 2 weeks since they've picked up our garbage!.. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE in this heat to be left with the garbage on our driveway! We pay for a service that we don't get!

I had the same problem too I paid $35 and they only picked up my trash twice and the lady in the office lied to me about them trying to make it right I have reported
Is monthly 16.50 and depend where is your area the dates of pick up are different they do it 2 times a week
We will be closed on Tuesday and resume service for your route on Friday

I usually prepay 10 months to a year advance. It’s extremely convenient. I think this is the best deal around for trash pick up! The only thing you need to do is supply your own can make sure trash is out every morning That they pick up.

For my area Grays Creek its $16.50 per month; pick up 2X a wk, recycling every 3rd Wed
