Why was the family waiting for 2hrs ..at the er... I called the hospital asked how long wait was .she said not long maby 20 min. I have the call recorded..

I would say that people are not infallible. It could have been an honest mistake. More likely, however, is that wait times can change drastically on a dime. You never know when emergencies will be coming in. Estimating wait times in a hospital is complicated. 2 hours is honestly not that long. My one ER experience at OSU took about 7 hours.

You're lucky it was only 2 hours if there's anyone in the waiting area besides you good luck being seen within 4 hours

I was taken to hospital for serve abdomal pain on lower right side I was in and out of 3 rooms before taken to a room to see doc.i then had catscan waiting was given pain med and 1 1/2 hours they said uniriary tract infection with no systems given an antibiotic went home alleegic to the med Nd haven't taken nothen else .the painstill 2 wks gone by with still no systems of uniriary tract
