Who do I send the bill to for all my ruined laundry from brown water?!
What causes this and why is it happening so often?? Do I have to go to do my laundry in another city due to NEVER knowing when my water will be brown?!

Call the water office at 740.670.7940 Monday after 8 am, they will send a service person out to investigate the issue.

Call a plumber. It probably has nothing to do with the city water and more to do with the water lines/ plumbing equipment in your home
