This place is a joke! Poor management, system is outdated. Who knew you had to call and let them know you made a payment online after you made a payment. Then Laure the lady that answered my phone call seemed totally annoyed by the fact she had to push a few buttons on her computer. Lazy incompetent people zero stars for this and a bunch of complaints headed there way

I have to agree with everyone else ..they shut me off with no notice ..because their website said it processed a payment but their office claimed not to.. once it was paid they made me wait almost 24 hours to turn back on . They're rude and condescending....

Wish I could give zero stars....this morning my bill was $60.88 after they send someone out it turns into $220.88...how the f do u plan on people surviving when u almost quadruple their bill in minutes...called customer service just to be told "sorry it's policy"
