Awful service. They started sending messages to me and a group of people (like a chat group) supposedly a system error and when I try to talk to someone they hang on the phone on me.

I had just recently moved here and was looking for a new therapist. The first visit was set up very quickly (should have been a red flag, most good therapists in my experience are booked out) and I spent an hour getting aquatinted with my therapist. The second week I was having difficulties in my personal life- hence the needed therapy right?- but spent almost the entire session listening to extremely loud music from the adjoining wall, sitting under fluorescent lighting (not a good therapy setting) and most importantly: listening to my “therapist” tell me how she lost her daughter and her entire experience with that for 35 minutes of my insurance-paid session. When I addressed the issue with her, she apologized and begged me to give her another try. Not going back. They should pay me for her therapy!

I called yesterday to get some information, the young lady who took the call never gave her name took my insurance information and NEVER called back. Before calling I looked up some reviews which in one stated lack of communication and I can honestly agree! I am dissatisfied and would love for them to discard of my information.

Called this place yesterday, 4/15/19, spoke to a person named Btittany at great length explaining my situation and what my urgent needs were for services for a family member, and asked many questions, and she ASSURED me she would get answers for me and call me back THIS morning, 4/16/19. When she hadnt called by the afternoon, I called again. Another person, who also failed to identify herself (I had to ASK Brittany), answered, and i asked for Brittany and was told she wasnt there right now and she'd have to call me back TOMORROW. I said no, that wasnt acceptable, I needed to talk to someone TODAY, she insisted that ONLY Brittany could call me (out of 10 others working there. I asked to speak to the office manager, and she said she was with a patient, so I asked that person's name and didnt even KNOW because she's NEW!! I asked for that person to call me, and she said ok tomorrow (though they dont close til 6!). If this place is as incompetent as their front office staff, beware! I am going to locate the proper governing authority for this place and file a complaint. Meanwhile, I'm back at one still badly needing services. Shameful the way I was treated by these people.
