I scheduled a same day round trip with a 'will call' for pickup and when I called for the return trip, Audrey Baker told me my trip had been cancelled and I had to trek it across the Adidas Express an hour and a half back home through Newark. By far, the laziest, most illiterate person working for Licking County Transit. Either there are never any rides available or the return trip is some obscene and unrealistic time frame.

It strikes me they seem to be increasingly focused on making it impossible to actually schedule rides. At this point, one has to phone at four o'clock in the morning every day to try to schedule rides two weeks in advance, only to be told "there's just nothing available." This happens routinely not just to me but to every customer I've spoken to, including elderly and handicapped people who end up stranded. If it's just simply not possible for this company to actually provide the service it was supposedly created for,, why are we paying for it? Follow-Up: And the hits just keep coming. This afternoon, waited forty-five minutes in the rain to be picked up from work. Finally called to inquire what happened to my bus, only to be told I didn't have a ride scheduled. Considering I don't do that, I always make sure I'm scheduled a round trip, this was rather a surprise, particularly since I was now stranded. They did agree to send someone to take me home, but I'm no longer certain I can trust this place.

Only schedules on one day and early in the morning but better than safe cab

I like it when my ride shows up right on time at quarter til, and sometimes shows up right on time in the middle between.

Do you serve the general public or do you need a doctor's note in order to receive transportation? How much is the fare one way? Do you offer monthly bus passes or is it pay per one way?

It depends on weather how far you're going if you have a disability or if you are covered by insurance or the Aging program
