Marriage license is 70 bucks. And you can get married there. You have to schedule. Just call to schedule.
Well your marriage license comes arrives 21 days post your or after your ceremony
This would be entirely up to the particular Judge. You would need to call probate court directly and see if they know of any able Judge that would be willing to do this.
