Court is tomorrow. I'm in ga and court in Baton rouge. If call first thing in the morning before court, can I reschedule over the phone with my public defender. It is a plea arraignment.

You must appear in person. I recommend going in as soon as possible to take care of it. If you already have an attorney, have them go in with you, too.
