If the defendant has already been arraigned, call 225.389.4700 and ask for that judge's office. If he has not been arraigned, call 225.389.3400 to speak to the district attorneys for information about when he will be billed. In most cases, a defendant will not have a court date until he has been billed by the district attorney.
