I have been there 4 times now and its either great service or very, very slow. It depends on when you go. Right now its 50/50. I like the wings there so I may try the Plainfield one instead. I am from San Antonio and the service there is about đź‘Ť 80/20 đź–“ depending on when and where with multiple locations. Overall I would say its a manager issue and how well its managed.
I agree with Wayne. Always ask for a manager and expect compensation. When we were there every thing was great, also.
Same here. My boyfriend and I went. To the one in Avon on a slow night. We both ordered drinks and two medium regular wings. It took ten minutes to get our drinks and about 40 minutes for our wings. There were probably three other small groups in there and employees just standing around. I wasn't happy about the time it took.
I visit weekly and there are always new faces working. It sucks to have a bad experience when dining out. I hope you spoke with a manager.
Then your food should have been free, after you spoke to the manager.
When I ate there , the service was great . And so was the food. The beer was cold.

Avoid BBW at all costs! Food sucks...service sucks...go anywhere else!
