Stopped here while we were in Indy for an event. We waited for a little while to be seated, but we were seated and promptly asked what we would like to drink. Upon asking what was on tap the waiter said she was new and would have to find out, she was nice and seemed embarrassed. She came back and we ordered our drinks, they came out quickly. We then ordered our food. I got the Wisconsin cheese curd burger w/o tomato. It and the fries were delicious, fresh and hot. This was a good experience, and far better than the last experience I had at a Buffalo Wild Wings back home.

I have tried coming here several times in the last year and the service is just awful! The bartender is standing around on his phone. 45 minutes for wings when it's very slow. 15 minutes to get water. I won't be coming to this location any more. Brownsburg and Plainfield are much better.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Avon. There was a sign on the door that said they were serving a limited menu. That meant that they only had Wings, boneless wings, french fries and onion rings. Restaurant was only about 25% occupied. We waited at least 20 minutes before the waitress came to take our drink order. It was another 30 minutes before we were asked what we would like to eat. I understand that everyone is short-staffed. Again there weren't that many customers. The waitress told us there were only two Cooks. I'm not sure how long it takes to deep fry wings... But it seemed like an unreasonably long time. On top of this the waitress didn't bother to clean off tables after customers left. I was very disappointed in the service that we received. We were there for the MMA telecast. I won't be going back.

Great place to watch Sunday football. Food is much better than last time I was at Bdubs. They even have a 'Steelers' room in the back of bar showing each game with sound. There were approx a dozen Pittsburgh fan which made it fun.
