First time in a long time for lunch. Bacon cheddar burger was delicious and the O’Club. Service was friendly and on point. Food came out fast and hot.

Everytime I come, I get the best service. The wait can be kind of long but please have patience with them because you can tell they're doing the best with the amount of employees they have. The management always seems to be helping as well. Fresh rolls everytime and refills before our drinks are even done. Never a complaint about the food, and if I don't like it, it's not because of how it's prepared. We've had a server with rose tattoos twice and she is super nice and friendly!!!

I placed my order online at 11am. I wanted to pick it up at 12pm. Here it is almost 1pm now and my order still isn't ready. How long does it take to get two salads ready and a sweet tea! Multiple people have came and gone. Since I've been here. I'll be getting a refund! I have to be downtown Indy by 1:30. They waisted my time and money today. I wont be ordering from here again.

O'Charleys is a favorite of my in-laws, and often they have a great combination of fried and garden options with steak and seafood as well. Staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. I am docking a star from my review because my Cajun Chicken pasta was supposed to have red and green peppers and actually have some spice or kick to it... Or so I thought based on it's description. I got grilled chicken with linguine and cheese. One lone slice of green pepper pulled out for detail. Did not send back because I didn't want to cause a fuss and/or get some exaggerated replating.
