Had delivery Friday night, the girl LEFT our food at the wrong address and then was arguing with us that it was the right location! Refused to give us a refund since they remade it, they had to they didn’t deliver to right place first! And then once our remake was delivered to right address (thanks Door Dash) the order was completely wrong and extras that I had paid for were not there!

Was visiting from out of town and picked up an order here on my way to run another errand. The store was clean and the employees were friendly. The breadsticks weren't the prettiest thing ever but they tasted fine, and my order was made completely correctly. I see there are several negative reviews on here but my experience was great.

Ordered on doordash and originally they sent the wrong pizza entirely. Got a refund through doordash and re ordered the pizza. Pizza was stuck to the pan it was cooked on and was only able to get 3 pieces off to actually eat. This papa johns was called both times and they told me I had to do everything through doordash and get a refund. I just wanted a pizza bro. I understand ordering through doordash is a different system but straight up I just wanted a pepperoni pizza for dinner. Guess that’s too much to ask for from this place 🤷🏼‍♂️

Ordered pizza, chicken and breadsticks tonight. Set delivery for 8:15. It’s 8:40 still no food. Called and checked status, was just told it would be here any minute. No apologies, no explanation. Now waiting for our order and hoping it arrives soon as my children do need to go bed soon! So disappointed in the customer service! Still waiting………………….. Update: food arrived 25 minutes late….…cold. Like really cold!!!😡 wish there was a way to leave no stars!
