Service is terrible here. They often mess up orders. I did an online order hoping it would be faster but when we got there the doors were locked and they made everyone go through the drive through. Once we got to the window they said they were out of the food we wanted.

Very very disappointed! Would give zero stars if I could. Sign out front clearly stated open till 12am. Drove to the restaurant and arrived at 10:50 pm. I purposely drove around the restaurant to ensure it was open and their were staff inside, which there was. I then proceeded to wait in the drive thru for over 10 minutes with the staff looking at my car multiple times and was never acknowledged. Very sad and will definitely not be back

Dear scheduling manager, I don't know what you did to the people who were working the 6/5 around 12:30PM shift but they are mad at you. First the man is verbally upset on the intercom, but after messing up my order he apologized and expressed his frustrations, we're humans, I understand. However, the female working decides to roll her eyes at me when I expressed I was missing food from my bag. Tells me what I ordered (even though the male has expressed he made an error to my order) and has the audacity to attempt to hand me the bag of fries with an attitude. I don't understand why people just don't quit if they don't like a job because you just starting the day making customers your enemies.

Not open for dine in. Burger was well made and was delicious. Didn't look or taste like BBK or McDs. Fries are better as well. Three stars cuz I wanted dine in. Call me picky but all the others are open for dine in and it's still fast food.
