I called about a family member that was transferred there, they wont confirm or deny if they are even there,let alone me speak with them because I don't know there patient # or something. They said they have to reach out to us first. everyone in my family has reached out to them,no Answer.not anything.they were transferred on Tuesday, sat now ,still nothing. They never have gone this long no matter what"not saying anything to me or my dad.immediate family dont count or what?immediate family are the Main source of help,not some facility with 90% bad reviews.the good are fake anyway.this is terribly. know she doesn't have her phone to reach out to us ,or is heavily medicated,who knows!what's a phone call cost anyone? Some supportive family communication & something to look forward to?they should be encouraging family to visit,& tell you what the patient has to say. Instead they talk to you on the phone like they're too busy writhing in a straight jacket to talk to any family right now"
