I've noticed the last few times I've been in for lunch that they have been extremely slow. Sad, since I used to think they were one of the best stores in the chain.
I've only gone inside once, they were nice but they were slower than the drive thru. And their drive thru is SLOW. I stopped going there because they were so slow.
Never ever attempt this drive thru on a Saturday!! I just did and spent 10 minutes as the next car in line while they kept telling the car at the ordering box "just a minute". I gave up.
Service is usually slower ar night, food is often cold as well.

You need to complain to the manager on duty or do as r gayten said...and go to corporate office off of Arrowood Rd and make a complaint there...or go online and make a complaint there. Honestly I have never had a problem at this Bojangles.
I went further. Go to the corporate office located off Arrorwood in the Arrorwood Pointe office complex and make a formal complaint.
