Every time I go to this store past 9pm I am told they have no chicken. No matter what night of the week it is. The customer service is horrible and I can never get anyone to answer the phone. I will be contacting corporate as how are you a chicken place but don't don't have chicken? Why not just say you don't feel like prepping the correct amount of food for customers? Also no manager on duty ever at night according to very rude young lady at drive thru. Unacceptable.

I've noticed the last few times I've been in for lunch that they have been extremely slow. Sad, since I used to think they were one of the best stores in the chain.
