Wendy, the SPCA in Bensalem. PA has vet services by experienced vets. I think the vets volunteer there. They would check the cat. They checked mine and I live in NJ. Reasonable price- lower than vet office. They are on 3839 Richlieu Rd Bensalem, PA 19020.

The Montgomery County SPCA does not have veterinary services for the public. Try to find a local veterinarian.

I don't know. Do you have a regular vet that can see her? This is just for adoptions of pets.
