Why do the employees take up front parking spots?

They've recently built a new parking shelter but the amount of parking is not enough for the amount of staff and volunteers.

Oh. Soooooooo that makes perfect sense for them to park up front and take up the little bit of handicap parking? I think not I saw where the designated parking is for employees, and it's not in front of the doors or over to the immediate right or left.

That is wherd they have been designated to park.
