They are the best pool team !, Always helpful and informative. Installed salt water system which I love . Also put a timer on the motor,so I’m not having to turn on and off pool manually.They are the best

Very unethical and unprofessional. I have had pool maintenance through another company for over 16 years without complaint. I contracted with Pool Patrol early last year and had cleaning through January. When I contacted them to restart service they requested a credit card for service even though there had not been an issue with payment. Prior to sending me a billing statement they drafted payment for June in excess of the contracted amount. When confronted with this they appeared offended and reminded me that they had been in business more than thirty years. Following this exchange I had them service the pump for $850.00. Less than a week later the pool would not prime. When I contacted the person who had done the work I was told “ I guess that pump has given out. When asked the cost for putting the pump in I was told they would only be able to put one of theirs in.After having the pump installed by someone else I contacted their office and left a message as no one answered the phone. I called again on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and got the voicemail. I was finally able to get through on Thursday. When I attempted to explain my need for service I was told that they knew I would be leaving and they did not have anyone to send out to my home. Before I could say anything they hung up the phone. I immediately called back and asked if they intended to hang up on me. I explained that I was paid through the month of June. I Was told they would call me back. I received a call back saying they were refunding a portion of my money. As a consumer of service I am free to use whomever I deem appropriate. I would advise anyone seeking a pool service to steer clear of Pool Patrol.

First of all they do not answer the phone they claim they do not serve above ground pools but I was told otherwise they stated they are not even taking no more appointments hire people to accommodate your clients and services

Make sure you get a written contract before they start your work so you will not be surprised at the add one on the bill.

Yes, they do pool resurfacing. It is a little pricey though.
They sometimes close early during the winter. This goes for their advertised winter hours. It is best to call ahead. Great pool store and great people.
