This is my first and probably last visit to this doctor's care. The building is gorgeous and everything is clean. Staff during check in seem to mean well too. However that's the end of the good things. I filled out online to have an appointment at 1:25pm. I arrive 1:15pm fully checked in. My name was first to come back and 5 other people went ahead of me. I mentioned it after the 5th person who was also a walk in went ahead of me. During the pre-screening I mentioned having two concerns and they would only allow me for one concern per visit despite both being related to why I felt terrible. It's now currently 3:00pm and I have not seen the doctor despite coming in at 1:25pm for an appointment that I made at 11:30am.
