Weird and scamming! Their inspectors claimed that we need all this work on my chimney so I hired them. After delaying, then rescheduling and rescheduling again, suddenly their office manager doesn't know how to contact me thru text,email or phone? I'm not understanding the lack of professional etiquette.

Waste of time and money. Needed a chimney sweep and wanted a consult for a wood insert. The guys came out and did the inspection, then decided they didn’t want to do a chimney sweep due to laziness and still charged me for the consult and I still don’t have any of the reports. Would recommend finding someone who will do the work you request.
