Tracy was amazingly helpful! I would give 10 🌟 if possible. I called with an existing fireplace issue and unfortunately they were unable to service it because the unit was not purchased from them, but asked my issues and gave me some great advice that immediately corrected my problem with my unit and it's now working stronger then ever and my home is nice, warm and cozy πŸ˜€!!!!!! Thank you so much Tracy!

Tracy was very kind and helpful. I paid a deposit on a wood stove but for building reasons i had to delay the purchase. She was more than accommodating and actually put me the customer first. Very impressed by how she and the company treat their customers. Definitely recommend working with Tracy and Bart Fireside.

Shut down at the front door. I went there to buy two sets of fire logs and a bromic heater. I called before going to make sure I would be able to purchase the heater which was my primary goal. I told their associate over the phone I already had fire place boxes and was not question or advised. Once I got there and they found out my outside fireplace was not stainless steel they said they could not sell me the logs. I would have still bought the bromic heater but I was rushed away. Sales associate I spoke with was short with me & spoke very little and the other two not at all. I went over to Palmetto propane and spent over 3000 and was very pleased with the service that Andrew on Highway 6 in Lexington was able to give us.. they’re also a bromic dealer and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. fire logs & heater are all within just a week out from delivery.. don’t waste your time with these guys go to Palmetto. Jeff

I just went there last week and not only Juanita was extremely helpful and knowledgeable she was wearing the coolest mask ever! And they had hand sanitizer available also.

Do you do repairs? Our gas fireplace isn't igniting, and we have no clue what the problem is.

Hello, if you give us a call we can look up your address and see if we installed it. If we did, we can repair it; if not, we can suggest some companies we network with who can assist you!

May l bring my fireplace to you for repair?

We do not have any in-house techs - if your fireplace was purchased from us we'd be happy to schedule an in-home repair if you give us a call.

I bought a 16 year old house that has a gas fireplace. I want to add a blower. Can this be done?

Hi Harley, with some of them you can and some you cannot. If you can provide Bart with the information from the data plate on the logs or fireplace they can tell you if it is possible.

My pilot won't stay lit , someone said pilot hub may be bad , any suggestions ? Its cold and I have small kids

Try cleaning the pilot assembly with canned compressed air without any lubricants. If that doesn't work, it could be the pilot assembly/thermopile or the valve assembly.

We bought a 30 year old house. It has a gas fire place, but has issues. Sometimes it is difficult to light the pilot. At this moment, it does not seem to burn evenly, and makes a whooshing noise. Do you come to houses and assess/repair ?
