I know nothing about swimming off the shore at the park, but we swim in the lake all the time. If your out in the lake and then find a Cove oh, you can swim.
Swimming is not allowed in the lake.kayaking and other water sport activities with your own devices.
I know you can rent kayaks but not sure about swimming. I'm sure you could if you wanted to.
