One word description... AWESOME! I needed last minute service for 2 suit jackets for my sons for my parents 50th Anniversary event and they came through in the clutch! I dropped off the items and the owner emailed me back from my earlier email request. I told him I had dropped off the items but saw that they do drop offs and pick ups and asked if they could bring to me. He told me yes and even dropped them off himself. An incredible small business that definitely has my vote of confidence and I encourage everyone to give them a try!!!

This place is so close to me, which is why it's a shame they just can't get it together. I've had 3 negative experience in a row now over the last few months: 1) showed up to drop stuff off to find they were closed, despite their Google listing saying they were open. Update your business hours. 2) showed up and walked in to just stand there unattended for 10 minutes. I left. 3) Walked in to drop off and was told the boiler just went down. Ok, out of their control, but they said they could not update me on its status after I dropped off. In other words, I had to just gamble as to when my clothes would be done. The right thing to do would have been to offer an update text in the morning. So now I drive 7 miles out of my way to use a different dry cleaner.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Called 2 days before dropping off my garment and was informed that I would be able to get same day service if I dropped it off by a certain time. I dropped it off the next day expecting to pick it up, on the next day. Got there at 5 when I was told the garment would be ready. It was just being cleaned. Had to stop and pick up my garment on my way to the airport. Huge inconvenience. No accommodation or consideration. Never again!
